These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fb008 online casino platform, including the website at fb008.club, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, cashier systems, promotional features, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform" or "fb008").

Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document, or other means — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. fb008 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.

All funds deposited into your fb008 wallet are held for gaming purposes only. fb008 does not pay interest on account balances. Balances are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) or any comparable body.

fb008 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• fb008 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fb008 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Creating, accessing, or assisting another person in creating or accessing an account in violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fb008 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any fb008 software.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

All content on the fb008 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of fb008 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use fb008's intellectual property without express prior written authorisation.

fb008 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for purposes including account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

fb008 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment data with GCash or PayMaya to process a withdrawal). fb008's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb008 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb008 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

fb008 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• fb008 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination, fb008 will conduct a review of the account balance and settle any legitimate funds owed to the account holder in accordance with its AML obligations and these Terms. fb008's determination in such matters is final.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fb008 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact fb008 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. fb008 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

fb008 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version at fb008.club/terms-conditions. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the contact details on file. The date of the most recent update is displayed in the header of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
